It was a good class and I learned a lot. I think it will help me to make better decisions as I move forward.
I appreciated the opportunity to taste the tilapia in four different versions (Breaded, un-breaded, ceviche, and smoked) and I enjoyed the daily salad of fresh greens. Breakfast and lunch, as well as the snacks on the tables, were excellent.
A lot of work went into this course and I really appreciate all that effort. From the breakfast, to the lunch, the preparation of the class materials and the presentations given in the greenhouse. It was well presented.
