While deciding on an aquaponics system, I did my research on them.  I looked at manufacturers, different websites, how aquaponics was started, etc.  I looked at both large and small systems as well.  When dealing with Nelson and Pade, I had a lot of questions not only with their set-up but also with aquaponics in general.  I emailed back and forth and always received prompt responses to all of my questions.  Taking this into consideration and their extremely user-friendly website, I chose to buy my system from them.  I was a unique customer for them due to being overseas when I purchased my system and not being able to set it up until I returned home.  The entire purchase and set-up has been extremely easy with continued exceptional customer service.  I constantly have people asking me about aquaponics now and Nelson and Pade is always recommended in my conversations.  I look to enlarge my system in the future and I will return to Nelson and Pade without question.  Thank you for your dedication to your customers.
