In mid-August, we hosted another 3-day Aquaponics Master Class® offering at our state-of-the-art greenhouse and training facility. Our classroom was packed with attendees from all across the United States, Canada and Azerbaijan, eager to learn more about this sustainable method of food production. During this course, sessions alternated between classroom lectures, demonstrations and hands-on greenhouse sessions. The dynamic that evolves in these classes is fun and exciting, with lots of great food and camaraderie.
One of our attendees, Elshan Baloghlanov, is originally from Azerbaijan, marking country #103 at our highly sought after 3-day Aquaponics Master Class®. Elshan is currently working in Maryland, where he and his business partner are interested in starting a commercial aquaponics operation. In addition to beginning a commercial operation and education center in Maryland, they plan to use this profitable business model in the Caspian and Black Sea region, to bring sustainable food to communities in that developing region.
To date, we have now hosted attendees from 103 countries, spanning 5 continent, and all 50 U.S. States and 3 U.S. territories at our 3-day Aquaponics Master Class®. You can read more about this highly sought after training and view our upcoming offerings on our website.
