Rebecca Nelson
Rebecca Nelson, Co-founder, co-owner, Nelson and Pade, Inc., is involved in the day-to-day operation of Nelson and Pade, Inc., teaches in Nelson and Pade, Inc. workshops and writes books, videos, curriculums, course content, press releases, web content and Clear Flow Aquaponic system manuals. She assists clients around the world in getting estalished in aquaponics and successfully running an aquaponics business. more »
John Pade
John Pade, Co-founder, co-owner, Nelson and Pade, Inc., designs and oversees the construction of our Clear Flow Aquaponic Systems, oversees the operation of Nelson and Pade, Inc.'s demonstration greenhouse, provides tech support and on-site consulting and project supervision, teaches in Nelson and Pade, Inc.'s workshops and is directly involved in the day-to-day operation of Nelson and Pade, Inc. more »
Craig Bach
Craig is the Vice President of Finance and Operations. Craig has a Bachelor’s in Finance and his past experience has been in the field of turn-around management; start-ups; mergers and acquisitions; real estate development; and workouts and dissolutions. Prior to joining Nelson and Pade, Inc., he was a business consultant specializing in finance and special projects (franchising, compiling patent portfolios, etc.). Craig was hired to help navigate the explosive growth in the Aquaponics industry, to further develop our International Licensing and Distributorship programs and to oversee the financial health and management of Nelson and Pade, Inc.
Mark Gustafson
Mark Gustafson, Director of Sales and Customer Service, joined the Nelson and Pade Team in the spring of 2013. Mark is likely to answer the phone when you call and reply to your emails when you inquire. Mark has a diverse background in sales, hydroponics and aquaponics. Mark graduated from Luther College in Decorah, IA and has a double major in Biology and Spanish and a minor in Chemistry. Mark enjoys backpacking, mountain biking, climbing and blues guitar.
Bryan Dishman
As Shop Manager, Bryan is responsible for overseeing the assembly, packaging and shipment of all Clear flow Aquaponic Systems® as well as managing the inventory of parts and organizing the shop to enhance productivity and work-flow. Bryan has a diverse background in building, plumbing and mechanics and has excelled at Nelson and Pade, Inc. Bryan joined the Nelson and Pade, Inc. team in 2010. When not at Nelson and Pade, you can often find Bryan at the gym or DJ-ing.
Jaclyn Jackowski
Jaclyn is our Aquaponic Greenhouse Manager and oversees all daily greenhouse operations, including feeding and caring for the fish, maintaining the filter systems, seeding, transplanting and harvesting crops and sales and delivery of produce. Jaclyn shares her knowledge and passion for aquaponics as she leads our tours for individuals and groups and guides participants in the job shadow and extended stay learning programs. She is an avid gardener with experience in greenhouse growing. Jaclyn joined the Nelson and Pade, Inc. team in 2011.
Ron Arndt
Ron Arndt joined Nelson and Pade, Inc during the spring of 2012 and works in CAD drawing and design, assembly manual development and tech support. Ron has a degree in Architectural Design and a diverse range of experience in construction, repair, landscaping and woodworking.
Erin Kuhn
Erin Kuhn joined Nelson and Pade, Inc. in mid-2012. She works in inventory management and accounting. Erin is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting. She grew up on a farm in central Wisconsin and enjoys gardening.
David Pade
David assists with building infrastructure, system assembly, fabricating and just about anything else he gets talked into doing. His many talents include carpentry, organization, building and maintenance. David and his wife, Shirl, have owned and operated many businesses together, including an airport, a pizza chain and a large hydroponic tomato farm in northern Wisconsin. And, if you haven’t guessed it yet, David is John Pade,’s brother.
Shirl Pade
Shirl Pade helps us with a variety of special projects, from staining our tank stands to landscaping and outdoor projects. Shirl has co-cowed a variety of businesses with her husband, David, In addition, she spent an entire career working in accounting. She is happy to be out from behind a computer screen and getting to work on a variety of projects.
